Celebrity Big Brother twins Jedward are like marmite: you either love them or hate them.

But now there's a whole load of new twins to observe in the house as Big Brother presented the housemates with a task entitled Double Trouble this morning.

The celebrity housemates were told that they would be stepping into X Factor stars, John and Edward's shoes and be paired up and turned into sets of identical twins.

The hyperactive big quiffed singers were called into the diary room and named the Head Twins as they have the most twin-experience, obviously.

Jedward were then told to pair up the remaining celebrities in the most unlikely twosomes.

Ex-Atomic Kitten singer, Kerry Katona was turned into the double of My Big Fat Gypsy Wedding star Paddy Doherty, as they became Perry, whilst Lucien Laviscount donned a pair of fake abs to become paparazzo Darryn Lyons, therefore making them Darluc.

U.S. actress Tara Reid had a makeover Essex-style as she became Amy Childs' doppelganger, the two now known as Amara, and English model Bobby Sabel got the chance to wear women's clothes again as he copied ex-Baywatch star Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff's youthful look and became Pambob.

The rules of the Double Trouble task stated that housemates must copy and mimic the exact characteristics of their dominant twin in order to impress 19-year-old head twins, Jedward.

Much to the housemates despair, the mischievous pair were provided with props to test the twin's feelings and senses.

Their tools included a fish, a custard pie, a feather duster and an inflatable hammer, and they soon got to work on annoying the housemates with them.

After splattering them with the pie and tickling them with the duster, the two pairs that were most alike went head-to-head as their 'twinuition' was tested by Big Brother.

The opposing teams were Amara and Perry, with Tara donning a pink polka dot bikini identical to Amy's and Kerry looking rather masculine with a fake set of Paddy's tattoos drawn on her arms.

The two pairs were then tested to find out if they could really tell what their fellow twin was feeling, something that genuine twins can apparently do.

Sitting back to back with their identical twin, and subjected to more of Jedward's antics, Perry came out on top as having the best 'twinuition' and were rewarded with a pamper hamper, a bottle of champagne and comfy slippers, which they were not allowed to share with any other housemates.
